Loved staying at the Swissotel. Realised on Day 2 how great a location it was to see.more of Tbilisi than jist tje tourist areas, which are readily walkable. Staff were fantastic, David at Olives especially and the Reception team could not have been more helpful

Excellent stay at the Swissotel Tbilisi. Very convenient location 20 minute walk to the old town, very well appointed and modern rooms, and a great breakfast. The service by the staff was of a high standard as well, particuarly Mariam at Concierge. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to any visitors to the city.

Very nice room, top floor! Nice surprise for us as we were on our honeymoon with champagne and cake. Daily free refills water tea coffee etc, towels bathrobes etc. amenity kits all provided. Spa was really nice and inclusive of the price of the room and also had a little refreshment station with water tea coffee and smoothie, aswell as fruit and cookies. Staff were also exceptionally well treating. Would definitely stay again. Location is perfect for buses, metro, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Close to the main attractions also.

Everything was perfect. Although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 15:30, staff was lovely and really helpful offering us another one. Rooftop terrace with two restaurants and great choices of food and drinks as well as nice view of the city. Good location with the short walking distance to the core city. Only down side is lacking of parking space, only a few spots by the main entrance, otherwise you need to drive around and find one on the street.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The coffee shop was excellent - both the coffee and the baked fare! The lounge bar cocktails were average, I imagine it's being worked on. The Spa of course is great and the staff are courteous and thoughtful! All in all a definite must stay!
