One area where improvement can be made is the laundry service: the hotel likely uses very hot water because some clothes lost color and shrank. Otherwise, this is a pretty good hotel

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The hotel is situated in one of the best location of the city, Marjanishvilli Square closer to the Metro station. The area is loaded with lot of good restaurants and very safe at any time of the day. There is a public park between the hotel and the street. So, if you are going by car or taxi, please call the reception so that they will open the gate for the car to go to the entrance of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The housekeeping, reception and the breakfast area personnel are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is amazing and loaded with lot of traditional Georgian cuisines as well as continental variety. The room rates are very reasonable for a good hotel like this. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

- there were no toothpaste and toothbrush!! - the shower giving water into toilet and making it useless! There were lots of water came and stayed there and they used a towel to clean toilet! I think they will put the same towel into next room bathroom! - the area is full of stone and you can’t take your baggage - the receptionist doesn’t know english and we used Russian translation but he didn’t do any thing! - the breakfast is same every day! - there were no tea or coffee or any other thing in the room - the room was verrrry small - the air conditioning was designed very bad for that small room, so if we turn it on after 2 minutes the room was very hot and we had to turn it off then at midnight we caught cold because of bad heating system - the wifi connection was slow and without password!!

Tiflis'in ana caddesinde, çok iyi konumda ve makul ücretli bir otel. Diğer önemli yerlere taksiyle 5-10dk, yürüyerek 10-20dk mesafelerde. Misafiperver ve yardımsever personel ile zengin bir kahvaltı var. Aile odaları içeriden geçişli. Şehir parkı içerisinde olduğundan gürültü yok. Otelin dibinde, park içinde 10 masalı ping-pong salonu da var; 8 Lari/saat (Gel) Sevenlere duyrulur.

Recommended. Close to metro.

Overall i can definetly recommend this place. Location is good,close to Marjanshvili metro station. The location of the hotel as shown on Google Maps is wrong. But correct on Hotels.com Staff is friendly,good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only negative thing I would say is that the walls are thin so you hear your neighbors and people in the corroidor. But overall,it's good. Price is not that bad either. I would come back.

4泊しましたが、ホテルのクリーニングがイマイチで、お水の補充もなかった。初日は部屋にタオルすらなく、フロントに聞いても、ストックがないとのこと。二日目に持ってきてもらったが、滞在中一度もタオル交換なし。シャワーの足ふきマットもなし。 部屋自体は新しいので綺麗ですが、壁が薄いので廊下や隣の部屋の音がすごく聞こえます。ベッドもダブルでしたが安いシングルのマットレスを二つ並べているだけなので寝心地は最悪、設備的には二つ星相当かと思います。 最後に夜中に空港に向かったがホテルのフロントはぼったくりタクシーを進める始末。バスがあるのに、フロントに聞いてもしらない、と言われ、外のタクシーは高いから絶対ダメ！呼んであげるといわれたが価格を聞くと60ラリ、断って私は深夜でも運航している空港行きの37番バスで行きましたが、途中バスを待っている間に流しのタクシーに聞くと価格は定額で20ラリでした。ちなみに、バスは0.5ラリ。 危うくフロントにぼったくりタクシーを呼ばれるところでした。 せっかくの楽しい旅行でしたが、ホテル代をケチってホテルの選択を間違いました。 世界のいろんなところを旅していますが、おすすめはできないホテルです。
