I had a pleasant stay at Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure. The hotel was clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating, the breakfast options were good, and the location is walkable and easily accessible.

Urban Boutique Hotel
Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Staff were friendly. The downhill walk to a part of the city center is good 12 minutes. Good value for money!
