"Spacious rooms in a quiet setting. Easy parking & access. Yes it’s dated but very practical & functional in the Te Rapa area of Hamilton. Restaurant on site open until late at night for dinner which is helpful after a long day of business meetings. Rooms are warm & comfortable."

"We had the most amazing birthday weekend here with a group of friends! The location was perfect and the house was comfortable with fully equipped kitchen which made cooking together so easy.We especially loved the beautiful bush walk and the giant swing - they were such fun highlights of our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. It was the perfect place to celebrate, and we made some wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family or friends."
