Rooms were clean. Everything is close by. We could walk to takina conference center, the Te Papa museum, the water front and the Cuba area. The room was all good but the building is very dated and has old fashioned windows that don't fully close. It is a noisy street full of night-life and the room had no AC, so you are more or less forced to have the window open.
