Dream Cabin in charming Hyde Park with WiFi access

"The listing does not bring to light some things that would have deterred us from renting this property. I didn’t receive the cabin details until right before we were to check in. (After my final payment) We are an older couple and my husband has some mobility issues. There are a lot of step ups and down. The bathroom is on the lower level and has multi levels with a large tub that is a little difficult to get in and out of. Also the steps to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and steep. All other reviews have been good and they are fine but I really wanted to warn seniors or people either mobility issues to stay away from this one or at least be aware. Having the bathroom and bedroom on separate floors may be an issue for some. Owners were very nice and accommodating. There is a couch downstairs that can be slept on."

"We (two couples) had an amazing stay at Ms. Ruth’s comfy place just outside Hyde Park. She met us late to welcome us, and we were greeted with her farm fresh bread, jam, and honey — with a stick of butter!! Perfect with/for breakfast! The home served as a great hub for all of our foliage-viewing travels. We made ourselves at home, taking advantage of the many kitchen amenities and the grill. Garage had firewood (fire pit was a bonus) and camp chairs - which we also enjoyed watching the morning rain from the garage. Played games at the dining table with a view of both front and back of the beautiful property. Hope to bring husband’s parents back to this home for foliage viewing next fall."

"We had such an incredible time in the caboose. We were worried with communal amenities we would not get to use them very much but we had plenty of private time and the private river access was one of my favorite parts of our whole trip. Tyler responded very quickly everytime we reached out. I will say the shower set up in this particular tiny house is TINY, however the outdoor shower was just incredible. the grounds are very well maintained and i thought the location was great. we would love to come again."
