"Had a bad stay. Good--apartment was clean and nice, pet friendlyBad---It is a duplex and the entry smelled strongly of dog. My car was parked on the road in front of it (where they said) and it got robbed during the night. They refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night even though I had to get a hotel because my daughter was terrified to stay there. There is a camera looking out the door towards the street and they have not given me the footage."

One elevator for a four-story hotel that was shared by housekeeping staff and guests. There was a used, wet washcloth on the shower head and someone else's food in the fridge. The places they cut corners were apparent- old stained shower head, crumbly cheap soap, rough tp and tissues, microfiber sheets. Would stay here again because of the convenient, safe location and reasonable price."

"We liked our first room better then the upgrade to the lake view. We will know to just get a regular room if we come back. The restaurant for breakfast should have a few more choices but it was okay. The dining room for the rest of the meals was too limited for my 10 year old to eat at as she wanted chicken strips and fries and that was not an option so we had to leave the property each day for lunch and supper. The towels are small for a bath towel so investing in fluffier larger towels would be great. and when you have a divider with a bed and a couch maybe seperate tvs would be good because my 10 year old doesnt want to watch what i like to watch so tv was an issue."
