All staff are very courteous and helpful throughout my stay even calling transportation to the airport. The restaurant has excellent food and atmosphere, very chic. Also, the location is very central within the city. Easy access to public and private transportation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting La Paz. "

"This is a good hotel, centrically well located in Downtown La Paz. The rooms are very very clean, and the area is quiet by nights. Their breakfast is fine. The girl and the two guys at the desk are very kind and they are always glad to give you any information about the area and the city. Mr Franco and Mr Mauricio at the desk: Five points for them as well as for the girl, they are so polite. I miss La Paz, which is an "Adventure Place" ( the Sky Cable Car which you can take to "fly" around the city has a station called Purple Line ( Linea Morada ) which is close to the hotel, the views from upthere are amazing. I miss this hotel too, I really felt like at home at Madero Hotel. Thank you for treating me so well. "
