Todos son muy amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo a dos pasos de la alberca y nos dieron a elegir entre planta baja o planta alta. El desayuno normal pero suficiente. Recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias por hacer grata nuestra estadía.

Emerald cost stop
The address information is not accurate I was expecting to find the hotel in Tecolutla but is on the high way 30 or 40 minutes away. The bathroom is bigger than the room, not enough space to storage luggage and room door is trans lucid so pretty light up early in the morning. Construction site next door very noisy hammering at 8:00 am and the service at the breakfast area was poor. Over all the rate is too expensive no worth it to pay for this service and the place.

Las instalaciones están muy sucias y descuidadas, los huéspedes aún no están en la piscina y ya apartaron desde muy temprano todos los lugares y la atención del personal hacia el huésped es muy mala.

Es un lugar de ambiente natural bonito y con mucha naturaleza. Hace años el hotel tuvo la playa que en día de hoy ya se la llevó el mar. Instalaciones un poco viejos ya pero aún lugar de encanto.

Agradable estancia. Solo el detalle que nos parecio excesivo el cobro de un consome de camaron que traia 2 camarones!! No lo pidan. El aguachile vale la pena. Los empleados se esfuerzan por dar un buen servicio. Sin embargo no dejan consumir ni una cerveza que traigas de la calle y la encargada prepotente. Lastima, porque los demas se esfuerzan . En general le doy un 8 de 10

Hotel sencillo, me gusto que esta alejado, y hay muy poco ruido y gente. Lo que no me gusto es que esta frente al mar pero noy hay lugar habilitado para estar en la playa

El servicio bastante bueno, todo el personal muy atento y amable. La comida muy buena. Le falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones en general. Es una lástima que una buena parte de la playa en esta zona simplemente se la llevo el mar. Era un lugar muy bonito, ahora sólo disfrutamos de las albercas del hotel.

Ya había ido a ese hotel, estaba limpio, organizado y con una gran y hermosa playa, ahora a los propietarios se les hizo buena idea, construir hasta el mar, dejando CERRADO el paso sobre la hermosa playa. Pésima comida y cara, una mojarra en $300 una cerveza de media en $60 ni en los mejores hoteles 5 estrellas. No volveré a ir. No gana corajes, yo ya los hice, incluso me salí a las 7 am del día que tenía qnhacer check out
