"We needed a quick night get-away following a family funeral...and this home was EXACTLY what we needed!! It's winter, so it was super peaceful. The hot tub was fantastic...it even snowed a little while we were out. Everything was super comfortable and clean! We're already talking about how to work a trip back in during the summer!! Owner communication was also excellent!! "

"The Lakehouse is a beautiful property with wonderful lake views. Lots of room, great place for a small family to enjoy some time away. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. The house allowed the kids to have a space as well as the adults. And the kitchen provided a great place to set up meals. Thank you for a lovely space. "

"Our family had a great stay. We had four adults and my 10 year old nephew who loves to fish. The unit was very clean and recently totally remodled.We had 2 cars and a 21 ft boat that the host arranged to fit easy. Good amout of restaurants close. Boat, Fish and Swim close. Looking for a lake trip like when you were a kid this is it."

"We had such a nice stay at the Whilwind Waters Paradise!The house was just as pictured, very clean and the view was amazing. We did not utilize the basement bedroom as it was not suited for our older adult crowd but would be a great space for kids to sleep since it’s off on its own with bunk beds.It was hot weather so we didn’t get to use the hot tub much but it is very nice and would be so much fun in the winter.The house does not have a dock across the street, however we were able to rent a pontoon boat along with a slip about a mile up the road which was very convenient and a lot of fun. (We could dock it at paradise island for the day which was just a few minute walk up the street from the house). Communication was great with the ownership and I highly recommend renting Whirlwind Waters for a family or friend get away."

"Perfect view from the deck, and yard enjoyable. Very clean inside. Towels,shampoo and other "amenities" provided. Beds comfortable. Possibly could have had brighter lights on the ceiling fan. The kitchen counter space was adequate and dining at the kitchen table was simply a nice experience. This place is a joy, both inside and out on the deck, and also the yard. Owner is communicative. Just reach out if you have questions. I found the owner's pricing to be reasonable, but vrbo and related cleaning fees,etc...made affording the stay more of a challenge. However, totally and completely worth it. Location is handy and the morning view from the deck is peaceful. We had a bit of rain during our stay but it held off long enough for us to enjoy our outdoor adventures on the lake. This place is everything that is claimed and more. Would I stay here again? You bet. Recommended. Yes."
