"Room was clean, but refrigerator didn’t work. Neither did the one in my daughter’s room. Problem with air and tv. Staff helpful. Don’t count on Starbucks or the Bistro being open either. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The fitness center had 3 pieces of high end cardio equipment, no real weights. Unfortunately the breakfast was not suitable for a diabetic or anyone monitoring their sugar intake . We had an efficiency room that was not stocked with ANY utensils or cooking apparatus. "

"It looks like parts of the building are being upgraded which is a good sign. The staff was courteous and helpful and having a restaurant on site was especially good. The downside was having the water turned off overnight and morning was not very pleasant."

"Property is great with a parking garage and easy access to great food spots. Battleship Wisconsin is literally yards from the garage. We were on the 11th floor, and the loud music from one of the restaurants kept us up until midnight on a Saturday night. Staff certainly offered to move rooms, but we ended up staying. Just something to keep in mind. We ate at the Grain inside, and the burgers and wedges were amazing. The inside of the place was great. Two other restaurants were there and also looked spectacular. Would stay again. "

"The room was adjoining another room with a door between the two rooms. I could see the light from the neighboring room under the door and hear everything going on in that room, including a loud TV and loud conversations. In my bathroom, the baseboard molding behind the toilet was hanging off, laying on the floor. The hallway outside my door had trash items on the carpet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine, so not everything was bad, but I wouldn't stay here again. There was never an employee at the front desk. I had paid in full for the room in advance, but they still required a $100.00 "Deposit" which was refunded when I checked out...never had this happen before and I've travelled a lot."
