"I liked the look of the Marchesina Hotel. Very spacious, easy flow, lots of areas to sit, Our particular room, a little needy for traveling tourists with suitcases and places to hang toiletrybag, towels. I would say a little upgrade is needed in respect to tourists needs in a oom."

"This property is very unique since it is in a castle. It is amazing that a structure as old as this is in such good shape. Gisella provided places to see and restaurants to eat at in the area. "Arrived at the hotel and was presented with parts of the hotel with scaffolding and workers at the front of the hotel. In the hotel reception half of the lights were off and it was very dark and had a funny smell to it. The smell was all over the hotel, and it was like cheap disinfectant. Also the hotel is named as a spa hotel but you have to pay to use the spa which is not detailed on their website or Expedia. Despite the outside of the hotel suggesting it was a 4.5 start this doesn’t even come close to a 3 star. Breakfast was very poor as well, one type of fruit and plastic glasses for juices. Staff also are not filling up items which become empty so we had 3 yoghurts to 5 people. "
