Ana, the lady who cleaned our room, was especially gracious and helpful. She was always smiling and pleasant, and our rooms were spotless. She made our stay pleasant. The people at the front desk were also courteous and helpful. I also appreciated that they spoke perfect English.

This hotel does not deserve any star rating. It is extremely old and worn out, and the rooms are outdated, shabby, and poorly maintained. Everything feels neglected and far from modern standards. However, the staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful, which is the only positive point. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is close to everything. In addition, they should replace the fire alarm battery in the hallway. The alarm kept beeping throughout the night and caused me serious discomfort and concern.

Ample rooms and hallways. Very good location. The hotel is a little outdated would benefit from a thorough renovation. It is evident it had minibar in the room and only the hole for the fridge remains. A coffee maker in the room will do wonders. Staff and service compensate these shortcomings.
