The holiday apartment is located on the top floor of an Art Nouveau villa built in 1903. It was completely renovated from 2016 to 2017 and is available for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in our home. Our home’s water system features a “Grander water revitalisation system.” Our house is situated directly on the bike path (Lake Constance–Königssee Bike Path) in a very quiet yet central location with a beautiful view of the “Hochstaufen, Zwiesel, and Teisenberg” mountains. Here you’ll find an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding swimming lakes, for hikes, bike rides, and mountain tours, as well as for day trips to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall, or Königsee. An in-house shuttle service to the train station or airport is available by prior arrangement. We also offer a parking space in the carport right next to the house. Our Art Nouveau villa is a smoke-free property! Pets are not allowed. You’ll be staying in a quiet corner of Teisendorf, not far from the town centre, with a magnificent view of the Hochstaufen, Zwiesel, and Teisenberg mountains. It’s an ideal starting point for trips to the swimming lakes, for hikes, bike rides, and mountain tours, as well as for day trips to Salzburg (20 km), Bad Reichenhall (18 km), or Berchtesgaden/Königssee (35 km). There are several restaurants and shopping options in the immediate vicinity of our house (town centre and swimming pool 500 m, train station 1 km). We offer a covered parking space and bike storage right at the house. Our Art Nouveau villa is a smoke-free property, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We provide our own free shuttle service to and from the train station. An exclusive, spacious, and fully furnished holiday apartment featuring: dining room, living room, two separate bedrooms with double beds, loft with a desk, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and washing machine, entryway with coat rack and shoe cabinet, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar, rooftop terrace (25 m²) with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol, satellite TV, stereo system with DVD player, and free Wi-Fi, covered parking space, and storage space for bicycles and strollers.
