Brown Beach House is a good option if you're looking for accommodations close to the beach. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our experience. We found the hotel in general could be cleaner, and the rooms were a little dated, despite being 'modern' in decoration. Our A/C broke the last night before we left, which could have been a problem given the 40 degree weather. The staff as well were not all friendly, and depending on who was working the front desk, we sometimes felt like we were a nuisance. If you book through Expedia, breakfast is included at their restaurant downstairs, which was a huge plus. We were thinking traditional American continental breakfast, but you can have a large, sit-down breakfast, and it is included in the cost! The food was phenomenal; we had shakshuka, buffalo mozzarella salad, and many dips fresh challah. Overall, the location and breakfast is worth coming back for, although the hotel is a little small and dated.

The hotel was adorable! And just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly & helpful- they made you feel welcomed. I would definitely stay at this property, or maybe try one of their other ones, the next time I'm in Tel Aviv.

We loved the spacious room and location. The beach is right there and it's a short walk to Carmel Market. The room was excellent (we had a room with a patio) with the exception of some plumbing issues. The shower drain made a constant gurgling noise that was super loud and constant throughout our stay. We loved spending time on the patio, it felt like we were experiencing the city even when we were resting at the hotel. The gym was a mess so I ended up working out on the beach. I highly recommend skipping the gym and going to the beach! There's a ton of workout equipment on every beach. The breakfast was delicious.

Brown Beach House is a trendy boutique hotel located in the heart of Tel Aviv, It's just moments away from the beach and countless restaurants, bars and cafés. The hotel boasts cool interior design quirks, a relaxing outdoor terrace and an excellent breakfast that makes it a laid-back but hip choice.

Brown beach house needs a makeover, at least in the rooms. Old outdated furniture, cracks in walls and dark. Also, the noise from the street is very loud. The upside is the front desk and dining area staff are excellent.

This was my second stay at the Brown Beach, the first was in 2017. The first stay was great, clean rooms, tasty breakfast... nice lobby snacks. This time the room they gave me was initially horrid, dank and tiny. I was able to move, and the new room was nicer, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable and lumpy, there were cockroaches and the breakfast was not good (undercooked eggs, burnt toast) and good luck getting the attention of wait staff. I was so disappointed. The front desk staff was great, but there's only so much they can do.

Very well located hotel but the rooms are not set up with enough closet or drawers. Very pet friendly. Some staff members are friendlier than others. The parking in the basement is tiny but very convenient. If your are planning to use it, make sure your car is not higher than 1.50 meter

The room was poorly laid with a long corridor to go the bathroom from the bedroom. We did not get washcloths and only one tissue box when I asked for more.

Hotel is well located and nice but the service in the room is not up to par. One day they forgot towels the other they forgot toilet paper, the floor was always Sandy like Brooke’s but not washed. At the reception service was good as well as at the restaurant.

I checked in late and the receptionist had an issue with the computer but still was very nice. The room window was broken and because of that was slightly open all of night, and because of that we had a lot of noises and even an horrible smell during the night that coming from the outside, the breakfast was fine.

unfortunately our stay wasnt pleasant. we got a room that had cockroaches. we asked to change the room and we got different room from what we paid for (no balcony and smaller size). in check out they said we actually got an upgraded room (we didnt) and that we dont deserve a refund. sadly the overall experience was bad

Great location in central tel aviv by beach. Amenities and room finishes were very nice. Much appreciated breakfast and food/drink in lobby. Staff was super nice as well. This was my 2nd time here and I will come again. Only complaint was my room had small scuffs on the wall (but it’s hard to complain here!)

Property is conveniently located to the beach. Close to bus stop/scooter location and close to restaurants for dinner. Cleanliness is subpar. TV has a variety of channels and lots of storage space. AC is very good for hot summer nights! Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Brown hotel itself was a funky property with a great vibe however our room was awful - the layout was not ideal and difficult to more around in with just 2 people. The staff were quite nice.

I did get there before check in time was told room will be ready in two hours. Came back(two taxis)and was told room will open definitely be ready in one hour. After that hour room was not ready and I had to wait half an hour. Total wait time-three and a half hours. I was lied to twice. Why? Bad costumer service! Rooms are very old and outdated..

The Hotel wasn’t bad. Beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. But it needs investment as the last 10% just isn’t up to scratch. For example the gym is horrible. It wasn’t cleaned once during my stay, has exposed wires coming up from the floor and broken air con. The shower leaks, and the grouting is complete state. The hotel ran out of shower gel and there was no alternative. Many TV channels were not available (poor signal). Key cards often did not open the doors. As a minor but incrediblly annoying point, the

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, great value for the price. (Small snafu with the electricity/lights in the room, quickly and efficiently resolved). Absolutely love the lobby/sitting/welcoming area. Really a wonderful ambiance. Breakfast was wonderful (and included in the really well priced booking) Highly recommend!
