Brand new hotel, amazing team and quirky design. We enjoyed our stay. Only watch out is some noise at night which is to be expected given the location.
The hotel is located in the epicentre of Tel Aviv, walking distance to all the hot places Florentin, Levinsky and around Nahalat Binyamin. The staff there is great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in another hotel but is excellent!
The Dave Levinsky Hotel was fantastic!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Izzy, one of the staff members, made our trip so much easier by telling us about all the great places to visit in Tel Viv! I strongly advise you to stay here! Would do it all again !!
The staff at this location are amazing. They really care and they go out of their way to help. Noa, Shay, Yuval, Rafi, they are truly amazing. It is rare to find a hotel with staff at this level of customer service. The rooms are great. Clean, modern, close to shops.
Nice staff. Very good the gym possibility at the "father" hotel nearby.
Rooms on street side are unconfortable as the windows do not filter the noise.

Great stuff, well organized. Thanks. At our stay a Construction site opposite, so nothing to do with the hotel in general.

The ladies at the front desk were helpful and great. The room was lacking, no standard closet, the bathroom sink was to small to properly wash one’s face. There were a few amenities, I hoped for a box of tissues to be one of them. Pros: Location and price. Both were outstanding.
all good.
it be better if they can manage to sneak in a fridge in them drawers.

The property was fine and front desk was great. Our flight was cancelled and we were a day late. I was still charged even when I gave almost a days notice. The hotel was not full and it seems that you should refund the extra day.
Everyone at the front desk was just amazing and friendly. a separate admiration was caused by a jacuzzi on the roof, the views are amazing, if I return to Tel Aviv, then only in this hotel for the sake of this jacuzzi. Of the unpleasant moments, only dust in the rooms, but I really hope that this will be fixed, I think it's not a problem to clean it better for the sake of a pleasant guest experience. however, it is worth noting that all the staff were very friendly, including the cleaners and the technician who fixed the hot tub (I believe it was a technician). Overall, I have a very pleasant experience at this hotel.
Pros:
- Good location (for our needs)
- Comfortable bed
- Quiet room (at the back of hotel)
- Friendly and helpful staff (especially Izzy who made sure our first visit to Israel was special, the cleaner lady was also super sweet)
- Modern vibe
- Good bathroom
- Close to a convenience store (am:pm, but be warned the staff there are terrible)
- Rooftop was cute, a nice to drink and relax
- The buffet breakfast (costs extra) is at a nearby sister hotel, and is very good (but the menu doesn’t seem to change day to day)
Cons:
- Bedroom was “urban” sized (as advertised, so we got what we asked for)
Izzy was a great hostess. She made sure our stay was pleasant by offering great places for restaurants and bars to go to. After finding out that someone is smoking near our room, she emailed all the customers to remind them not to smoke, after offering us to swap to a different room, which we ultimately decided not to. On top of all that, she called the receptionist at our hotel in Jerusalem to inform them my husband is sick so that the hotel at Jerusalem was prepared, after my husband and I checked back in at Dave Levinsky on 27 January because he was sick.
The hotel is crazy overpriced, like probably everything in Israel. The biggest virtue of this place is the location, the pedestrian alley and many good restaurants are close by, Hagana Museum and Great Synagogue are not far from there and it's easy to walk to Carmel market also. Breakfast is several blocks away, but quite enjoyable. Wifi is public and not very good. The cleaning service is really bad, and the walls are thin, so it´s really noisy. No kettle in the room.
The location is excellent. In the middle of everything, walking distance to the beach, Carmel Market, great restaurants bars and clubs and even to Jaffa or even Dizengoff Square.
The hotel itself has small rooms and the street brings noice to the room, if you prefer to sleep with open windows. But its good value and the hotek offers fresh coffee for free any time. Breakfast is served in a partner hotel a little walk away. Excellent breakfast!
We had an issue with double charging our creditcard from both Expedia and the hotel, which obviously was coursed through a mistake Expedia made. The Hotel Management was helpful and responded quickly to mails. And Izzy at the front desk was wonderful. All in all: I would gladly check in again.
If you want comfortable accommodations go elsewher
Tiny room is not functional. No closet. 2 hangers. Small draws don't fit clothes. Moldy shower. 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Not even enough room to open my suitcase except for on the bed. Horrible stay. The curtains let in light at the edge. They email you and ask you to check in before you get there so you pay before you see what a dump it is. The view from the room is of garbage.
