Have stayed here a few times. Convenient location. ooms are small but comfortable although room and shower could use more lighting.. Staff is eat and very accomodating.

Palestinian American Stay - Lone Wolf
I stayed here for 5 days under rough conditions where I had a bandaged up arm. I cannot explain enough how amazing this hotel has been in making me feel welcomed, treating me like any other person that walks in that door, and respecting me during my stay. I did come alone, although 2 out of the 5 days I had my family/cousins stop by before we hit the city/beach. Regardless, there was no issues with the staff or the conditions of the hotel. I would go as far as to say that the staff from the front desk concierge to the room service ladies were all better at their jobs than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. This goes a long way in my eyes when I’m in a city in which I turn heads wherever I go to be able to go back to my temporary home and feel genuinely welcomed. Also that view from the rooftop pool is worth the 150-200$ you’ll be spending if you’re getting the regular room. I loved how it was very close to a lot of the top restaurants (according to google searches) and a decent 15-20 mins from the beach via electric scooter.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice Israeli breakfast. Could not be better. Only issue was the confusing issue with the hours and access to rooftop pool and bar. Sometimes the rooftop should be open that was closed and staff did not hotel policy.

The property is not anywhere near anything of value. Guy at a locak shop said "what are you even doing here? There's nothing in this area!" Room was what you would expect from a three star, with uncomfy pillows. The pool is tiny. The roof top bar limited. Restaurant in the hotel is Japanese and menu limited there too. The staff were nice and helpful but when I tried to get ice I was told the restaurant ice machine had broken. That is OK for a cheap three star hotel but at four or five star level is madness. Tel Aviv is an amazing and beautiful city and there are far better areas to stay in - try and find somewhere close to the waterfront and Carmel Street.

This is certainly not a 5-star hotel. It is 3-star at most. The rooms are small, the beds are tiny. There are no parking spaces available. Not recommended.

Great hotel in Ramat Gan (Tel Aviv)
The only piece of feedback I can provide management is that I paid extra for a room with a mini refrigerator so I could put things in there. The mini fridge had dispenser boxes inside like a vending machine. They were intended to be a vending machine, but they were empty. 1 - don’t charge extra for a mini fridge when it can’t be used! 2 - don’t charge for a mini fridge if you have a vending machine set up inside to increase your revenue. That’s called price gouging. Other than that minor annoyance, all was well. If I stay there again, I’d choose a room without a mini fridge for reasons I’ve made obvious. The restaurant has a great breakfast every morning and I’m glad I included that. The staff there took care of the guests and the food was very good.

We were given a handicap accessible room not needed, we had requested 2 twin beds, which was on the receipt when we checked in, but there was only 1 bed. The room was not kept up nicely and falling apart. Outlet next to bed didn’t work. And sink was in a dangerous location to the toilet. The bed was clean but the room did not feel very clean.

They don't know how to run a hotel at all
The room that I booked did not have any kind of table. I asked to switch rooms so that I could use my laptop on a table and they gave me a much less expensive room and still six weeks later, they have not discounted the difference in cost. The manager has not called me back and I have tried them over 10 times. Absolutely terrible service

Hotel listing full of inaccuracies. 3 Stars Max.
The hotel listing is full of inaccuracies and is lies and the cleanliness and service leave much to be desired. I will share just a few reasons why this hotel is more like a 3-star property and why Expedia should flag the property's listing until all the inaccuracies are addressed; (1) there is no hotel shuttle, and if you ask the Frons Desk staff about it they look at you like you're crazy and roll their eyes. I personally witnessed 2 other guests asking about it. Never existed. Flat out lie. (2) Hotel refused to honour the fact that my booking included breakfast. Even though I showed them my confirmation, the app, and even though it said so on their end, they did not want to honour it. Expedia had to get involved to call their management to honour the package. A great way to begin our 2-week stay after a 12 hour flight... A true 5-star hotel would not let this happen, but if a mistake happened, they would have allowed us to check-in and deal with it later rather than making our check-in an hour-long process after a 12 hour flight. Absurd. (3) The hotel is meant to be non-smoking but all the rooms around us were smoking with smoke entering our room. Hotel refused to so anything about it. (4) Hotel rents out the pool every weekend so we couldn't use or enjoy it. Full of drunk, smoking teens. (5) Hotel argued about the price for days and did not want to honour the quoted price that we booked. Do not choose to pay at hotel. This hotel should be 3 stars at best.

Check in was very good and professional. Reception area is welcoming. Lifts are large. Rooms are small but well appointed. The bathroom is a good size, updated with a large sink and large shower with great water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel last night, since we had come straight to the hotel from our looong flight. It was delicious, and the service was excellent.

Room was nice, air conditioning was auto set in all floors without option to manually set. At our room the ac didn’t work at all and We needed to sleep with the window open and awaken by noise in the morning , it was birthday vacation and we are very disappointed the reception didn’t had answers and in the checkout they wanted to give us free breakfast for the next time 🤦🏽‍♂️, we are not going to be back at this hotel❗️❗️❗️

The hotel was great and very convenient to the train station. The breakfast as also very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, it was disappointing that Travelocity listed the hotel as having a free airport shuttle, but there was no free shuttle. This was one of the reasons why I picked the location. It's a good thing the train was close and not difficult to figure out.
