Everything is perfect!
Howevere, we were not allowed to check out after 11 and not even allowed us to borrow some towels after check out. We were thinking of just going to the beach after check out and just return the towels once we are ready to set to the airport.
Anyways, still the apartment itself is prrfect!!
IT'S SO CONVENIENT LOCATION- CENTER, 5 MINS AWAY FROM BEAUTIFUL BEACH, A LOT OF DININGS.
THERE IS NO FREE PARKING, SO IT WILL COST YOU APPRX $20-30 PER DAY, IT IS RIGHT IN THE CORNER BY THE HOTEL.
PLACE IS CLEAN, THERE IS FOOD STORE IN THE SAME BUILDING FOR CONVENIENCE. FAMOUS MARKET IS 10 MINS AWAY.

La struttura è dotata di tutti i confort ed è nuova. Situata a 500 mt dalla spiaggia e da alcuni locali; a due passi diversi supermercati.
Comunicazione con i gestori via app, super!
Unica pecca il rumore; durante la notte c'è parecchio movimento.
Apartamento muy espacioso y con mucha luz, está totalmente equipado y la ubicación es muy buena, a 3 minutos andando a la playa y cerca de los restaurantes. La atención es muy cercana y cualquier duda o problema lo solucionan al momento. Muy recomendable!
We were in apartment No. 20 in the house No. 29.
Advantages:
A bottle of wine and a bottle of water were waiting for us on the table when we first arrived. Apartment was very clean and very well equipped with modern design and new furniture. We had spare towels and cosmetics in bathroom. We had full set of tableware, pans, toster and even coffee maker (with few coffee capsules). There was a laundry machine with extra caps of powder (but since there was no drying rack, we did not use it).
Apartment is located 500 m from the beach, not far from famous Carmel Market, 10 minutes walk distance from Dizengof shopping mall. There are 2 mini markets opened long hours in next buildings. Right next there is a paid parking (70 shekels per day).
Disadvantages:
Our apartment had 2 windows looking over tiny, ugly, obscure and stinky court facing the windows on the opposite side of the court in less than 10 m distance.
We had huge windows (from the floor to the selling) but the sun was never coming to the apartment. It was always shady.
On the other hand the windows isolation was so bad that we were hearing day and night the hum generated by dozens of AC hanging by each window of the corresponding building.
It was very disturbing with closed windows and unbearable when we tried to have them opened for a while.
In my opinion the apartments in the same house with windows looking Allenby street would be a good choice.
Todo perfecto, nos mandaron instrucciones para hacer tanto el check in como el check out. El Apto estaba en perfectas condiciones, bien equipado y modernamente decorado. Muy buena ubicación. Recordable 100%.
Hay una obra en construcción justo en el edificio de al lado, por lo que había ruido desde la mañana temprano, aunque eso no nos afectó demasiado. Tenerlo en cuenta.

Très bel appartement joliment décoré. Coin cuisine : tout y est + lave linge/sèche linge + table et fer à repasser. A l'arrivée une bouteille de vin nous attendait.
Literie confortable. Propreté : pas parfaite (housses de coussin du canapé sales, sol et tapis peut mieux faire) mais très bien.
Instructions claires pour entrer dans l'appartement. Communication par mail avec le proprio.
Bien situé. Quartier vivant. Supérette en bas de l'immeuble. Plage à 5 min à pied. Marché Carmel à 5 min à pied.
Gros bémol durant notre séjour : des travaux dans le batiment juste à coté donc réveillés tous les jours à 7h... mais ça le proprio n'y peut rien.
Kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen, wenn man nachts schlafen und auch mal seine Ruhe haben will. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer extrem befahrenen Straße in der es nachts noch lauter zu geht wie tagsüber da sich direkt gegenüber auch noch ein Club befindet der ab 00.00 öffnet und bis morgens dauerbeschallung erzeugt. Zudem ist neben dran und unten drunter noch eine nett Baustelle die gerne auch laute Maschinen nutzen. Wir könnten leider nicht eine Nacht in der ganzen Woche schlafen.
Wenn das Appartement besser liegen wäre, wäre es super aber das raubt einen irgendwann den letzten Nerv..
Zudem Vorsicht bei den Angestellten. Ich wollte absichtlich nicht mit KK bezahlen, habe aber dennoch die Aufforderung per Mail bekommen meine Daten rauszugeben da wohl die Zahlung nicht geklappt hätte, dabei hatte ich bereits längst via Paypal bezahlt! Nie KK-Daten rausgeben!
Ansonsten war das Appartement klein aber fein. Sauber, und modern eingerichtet. 5 min nur zum Strand
It definitely changed the way I will stay in Tel Aviv moving forward, no more traditional hotels. This apartment was large, clean, comfortable, and well located.
Sehr schönes Apartment, hervorragend funktionierende Kommunikation mit der Agentur, sehr zuverlässig. Der Zugang zum Haus sieht etwas heruntergekommen aus, am gegenüberliegenden Haus wird gerade gebaut. Das Haus selbst und die Lage sind super. Empfehlenswert.
Apartment 15 was brilliant! Extremely modern and well appointed apartment located about 7 mins walk to the beach and the Carmel Market and Shenkin Street. 24 hour supermarket located 20 metres away. Highly recommended!
