Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Guy at the front desk was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and the rest of the staff were great too. The hotel is in a very convenient, walkable location, right on the beach.

Everybody at the reception desk was super ! Very friendly and helpful. All the stuff in a breakfast area was was very nice , turkish coffee was exceptional. I gave only 4 stars because housekeepers lacked the pride about the place they work. We were given the bathrobes and sleepers , one of the robes had a broken loop for the tie. I expected robe to be changed, but housekeepers did nothing, I know , they are aware about this issue. I didnt want to complain, but am very disappointed . My hair clips went missing and the bathroom was not always stocked fully.

Quiet hotel close to the beach. Seaside rooms have a nice view to the sea and the beach. Rooms are ok and big. No bar at the hotel. Rooftop pool closed for renovation (obviosely since months)

Satisfying stay at Isrotel Sea Tower

Great location with amazing sea/beach view. Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. Guy is very professional and made our check in process smooth. Room is very spacious for two. The gym is a bit basic and unfortunately the pool was closed. But we will visit again when back in TLV.

The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time. We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star.

Our stay was terrific. The hotel was clean and close to everything we needed. The best part was the staff as they were so accommodating to all our needs. They helped set up all our tours, recommended places to eat and called all our taxis for us. I would come back just for the excellent service they gave us. Five stars all the way!
