The accommodation contains 3 bedrooms with queen size beds fitted with top of the range bedding, a bright lounge to relax in, and a large terrace equipped with a Jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, parasols, and a fan, and the therapeutic sea view.

All bedrooms are fitted with a queen size bed, storage cupboards, as well as curtains for total darkness if desired. The large bedroom is fitted with a cot.
The two bathrooms are complete with a shower and toilet, the 3rd is a shower only. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, cooker, crockery, and cooking utensils.
The outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQ evenings.

The main feature of this flat is the terrace, with top of the range facilities such as BBQ, Jacuzzi and sea view you can be sure to have an unforgettable experience and leave with wonderful memories!

The apartment is located on the top of a unique building that is described as a historical monument dating from the Ottoman Empire.

After a renovation faithful to the identity of the building and its architectural theme, this building now houses apartments of a high standard for all types of stays.

Travelers wishing to delay check-out or advance check-in will have to add a supplement depending on the departure time. (See directly with the host)

Holidays and events not previously announced are subject to an additional payment of 3,500₪

The arrival of the police and/or non-compliance with quiet hours are subject to a payment of 450₪

All unannounced travelers are subject to an additional payment of ₪200 per night.
Any damage to the water in the jacuzzi will incur a charge of 500₪

The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor (without sound recording), adjusted to respect the quiet hours: 70 dB max from 23:00 to 9:00.

Exceeding decibels at quiet hours is considered non-compliance with calm schedules.

The camera module is connected next to the sofa and must not be disconnected under any circumstances. If a passenger disconnects the camera module, this will be considered a violation of the policies and will result in a fine of 1000₪.

The building is located at the entrance of Kerem Hateimanim, 200 meters from the beach and a 3 minutes walk from Shouk Hacarmel.

Kerem Hatemanim is a very lively district, known for its historical charm. You are only a few minutes from the city center.
