The Space

Delightful 90m² duplex apartment on the fifth floor with a wonderful terrace, elevator, and private parking. The apartment fits six guests comfortably. Relax on the roof terrace and soak in the scenic view from this penthouse apartment. Benefit from the calm ambiance and the stylish furniture, while being at the heart of Tel Aviv for a memorable experience.
Thoughtfully decorated, the apartment is warm and cozy. A beautiful living room, with two comfortable couches, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining table for breakfast or lunch at your leisure. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and closets and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower are available. The third bedroom with a high-end sofa bed and its private bathroom also with a walk-in shower are located at the second level to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay. Enjoy dinner on the rooftop terrace with a 270-degree view of Tel Aviv.

There is a shelter room (one of the bedrooms is a mamad in hebrew).
