Very good unless you have low suspension.

Good clean Rooney,excellent breakfast and friendly owner. Probably best to avoid if you have low suspension on your car as I do though. Entrance gained by a long pot holed farm track which I "bottomed" a couple of times. Difficult to find as there is onlya small entrance sign which is only visible if you approach from one direction.
