- Conveniently located mere steps from the Bear Creek Trail and the San Miguel River Trail, this deluxe condo is perfect for families looking to adventure in Telluride at any time of year. You're a quick walk to ski access in the winter, and you're able to easily hike, walk to Town Park for a festival, and be on Main Street in minutes to enjoy the many dining and shopping options. Regardless of when you come, you'll be ideally located in the heart of Telluride.
The Latitude 38 Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!
