This south facing 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath deluxe townhome offers a spacious living room with adjoining fully stocked kitchen and private deck with gas BB-Q grill. Guests will enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains and from the comfortable living room and nicely appointed bedrooms.

Amenities in this townhome include flatscreen TVs, gas fireplace, free wireless internet access, washer/dryer, flexible bedding and garage parking for one vehicle. Guests of Aspen Ridge #4 will also enjoy the sunny spa room featuring a private indoor hot tub and dry sauna.

Aspen Ridge does not allow dogs at any of their homes. If a dog is discovered, a substantial fee as well as a carpet clean will be charged at the guests expense.
