Discover mountain living at its finest in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, perfectly positioned just two blocks from the Telluride Station Gondola and Chair 8. With effortless access to the slopes, trailheads, and historic Main Street, this home places you in the center of everything Telluride has to offer.

From your front door, it’s a quick stroll to the gondola, local restaurants, and boutique shops. Hiking enthusiasts will love having Bear Creek Trail just up Pine Street, while the flat San Miguel River Trail winds peacefully behind the building near the beaver pond. Whether you’re fly-fishing, skiing, or simply exploring downtown, adventure and charm await in every direction.

Inside, a bright and inviting living space makes it easy to unwind. The open layout features a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living room with plenty of space. Two private decks let you breathe in the crisp mountain air morning and night.

The primary suite includes a king bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom can be arranged as either a king or two twin beds for flexibility. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer ensures convenience during longer stays.

The pool, hot tub, steam room and fitness facilities are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance or safety. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll always share any updates as soon as we’re informed.

Dogs: 25 lbs or UNDER are permitted with a Pet fee and Addendum

We had a great stay at Ice House. It is in a great location just down the street from the free gondola and close to many restaurants. The place is clean, comfortable, has a well stocked kitchen, roomy hangout area and the property managers were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
