The Space:

This condo is one of the only true ski in ski out condos in Telluride. Located just 100 steps from the base of Chair 7 lift. The base of chair 7 turns into a beautiful open field during the summertime. The picturesque San Miguel River and river trail are just a stones throw from the front door. Town Park is a short 15 minute walk for the Summer Music festival goers.



Parking comes with the reservation. Parking is in the Shandoka lot directly in front of the condo. Message me with your make, model and license plate and i will enter your car into the town registry.



The condo is outfitted with Wi-Fi, 55'' 4K Smart TV and a Bose bluetooth soundbar. The Kitchen is well equipped for family's and groups that enjoy cooking and entertaining. Pool is open during the summer months and the large hot tub is open year round with the exclusion of the shoulder seasons.

Guest Access:

The whole condo is yours! Guests have access to the pool and hot tub.



The Neighborhood:

Clark’s grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Chair 7 is directly out the back door. Siam (Thai) restaurant is just up the block. There Bar is only a block and a half away (favorite cocktails and tapas)



Getting Around:

The galloping goose bus (free) runs right past the condo every ten minutes on the 0’s. The San Miguel river trail is only a half block away for a beautiful walk into town.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the pool is closed from October 1st - Memorial Day. And the hot tub is closed October 1st - Thanksgiving day and for a month in April.



During the winter when it snows, they will need to plow one side of the parking lot at a time. You must move your vehicle to the other side of the parking lot or you vehicle could be towed. Please pay attention to signs posted on front entry door and in the parking lot from HOA letting you know when to move.
