This vacation rental is the beautiful garden level of a larger house. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms families and groups are welcome, and you'll have easy access in just a 10 minute drive to amazing Telluride ski slopes in the winter that transform into beautiful scenic hiking and biking trails in the summer.

Visit the many shops and art galleries in the town of Telluride and return to a cozy home in a quiet and wooded neighborhood to relax and unwind.

The indoor living has 3 flatscreen TVs, pool table that can be transformed into a ping pong table, kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, cooking essentials, dishware, flatware, plus a washer and dryer.
Outdoors there's a nice patio with fire pit to sit around and roast marshmallows.

For access to this property in winter you really do need 4 wheel or all wheel drive to drive through the hills in our neighborhood to get to this rental.

Please don’t leave trash outside, put it in the bear proof trashcans located by the shed on the driveway, we don’t want animals getting into the trash
Please put the key back into the lockbox and lock the doors after your stay. No drugs, smoking or vaping is allowed. Thank you.
Please turn fire pit off outside after you use it please. We recommend 4 wheel drive in wintertime. Please contact me if you want to bring a pet.
