NEW LISTING! Enjoy style and space in this centrally located townhome! Tower Twenty One is located in the quiet conclave of Owl Meadows and is steps to skiing, shopping and all that Telluride has to offer. This three story townhome has bedrooms on the first two levels with an open living space on the top level that includes a full kitchen, dining and living areas. Guests can take in the mountain views sitting next to the gas fireplace or watch the alpenglow from the private balcony!



THE SPACE:
The ground floor entrance is easily accessible with your vehicle for a quick unload. The ground level has a king bedroom (can be made into two twins at request)with an en-suite bathroom. Level two has a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is bedroom #3 with a king bed that includes an XL twin bunk and en-suite bathroom. The top level is an open communal space that includes a well appointed kitchen, a dining area, a breakfast bar, a half-bath, couch and lounge area and a gas fireplace. Your private balcony faces east with views of the ski area and Telluride's iconic Ballard Peak.



Tower Twenty One is located 1/2 block from Clark's Market and 1 block from the base of Chair 7. The free Galloping Goose passes within 20 yards of the condo which can whisk guests to the base of the gondola or downtown Telluride in a few minutes.

Great Townhome and Location

This is a wonderful property! Very clean and well appointed. The beds/bedding were super comfortable and the fact that they were all king size made it so nice for everyone. We also loved the proximity to the grocery store and walking distance to downtown. Also, communication by the property manager was stellar. 5 stars

Great location and comfortable place!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful views from the top floor. This place felt like its own cozy home instead of a condo. Great location! Close enough to walk to everything but also in a more quiet tucked away area. Having the market just steps away was a plus. The steam shower and heated floors were also a bonus. We fit our family of five plus our friends with a baby super comfortably. All of the furniture, decor, linens, and kitchen amenities were very stylish, comfortable, and top of the line. Luke was accommodating and the personal welcome beverages and snacks were a nice touch. We had everything we needed here and more. We will definitely stay again!
