The condo is a great place to stay while skiing in Telluride. However, it could use some updating. It’s extremely out of date and for the amount charged it should be updated and more comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable and the heating system was outdated and we were not able to work it. The shower doors were off track and the furniture was mismatched and odd. Also, the parking is extremely limited and first come first serve so we had to park our vehicle on the street very far from the entrance to our condo. For the price I expected more but if all you care about is being close to the slopes (10 min+ walk) than you’ll be happy.

We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The property was easy to find, clean, comfortable and true to pictures. There are a few things to note. Although the property states it can accommodate one vehicle that’s not exactly true. There isn’t enough parking in the parking lot. When my daughter and I arrived we couldn’t find anywhere to park. It was a very long day of travel and we were not familiar with the area. By the time we unloaded our luggage etc it was dark. I did text the owners and they responded right away and they said I could park on the street because they were going to register my plate. They then sent a map of the area we could park. The map was not easy to follow unless you are familiar with the area as it only had 3 street names on it. I drove around for 45 minutes trying to find somewhere to park in the zone I was allowed to park in. I was unsuccessful and it was late so I finally just found a place to park that was not in my zone and just hoped I would not get ticketed or towed as there are signs everywhere that your vehicle will be towed at owners expense. The next morning I woke up early and moved my vehicle into an empty space in the parking lot and left my vehicle there the entire stay. Other than the negative parking experience, we had a wonderful time. A few things to keep in mind, the upstairs bedrooms are extremely hot and there are no ceiling fans or other types of fansavailable. One bedroom the window was broken with a sign not to open it.
