"We had the place to ourselves. Pool was great, breakfast was lovely, room and bed were comfortable. Not much shower water pressure and a bit out of town, but for one night it was just fine. Best to have a car, as the are no Ubers in Izamal. "

"We are staying in Mérida for the month and wanted a getaway at the beach for a few days for New Year’s. LobLob was perfect. Great beach huts in a stunningly beautiful location far from other residences. Quiet, good food, sea breezes, and that clean sea smell. Our host, Marcos, was attentive and kind. A lovely combination. "The staff was great. They offered us bananas ans coconut water from the trees. The pool was anazing! We used it at night with the stars and in the early morning . It was 102 degree day so we limited outdoor activies to morning. The air was a lttle slow to cool. But it did get cool. The extreme heat was probably the problem. But we loved the place!"
