Welcoming staff. The cost of room was rather high for the overall quality of the rooms. Room was clean, however, the chemical smell from the cleaning products was very strong and took a while to dissipate.

The room n hotel was nice. The pool was broken the whole time. When I came into room in n out trash was inside the cupboard. Upon leaving later got charged $150 all front desk could tell me was miscellaneous.

The front desk guy was outstanding and the best problem solver I have ever met. The problem was that they were short staffed due the current administrations (Trump) inhuman terror inflicted on Hispanics across the country and especially California Farms. The hotel front desk was incredibly Great.

The hotel was in a very convenient location to everything we had planned during our visit. Parking was a bit tough one night we came home late. The breakfast was great every morning with the normal breakfast things as well and waffles, eggs, sausage. Hotel was quiet, clean and felt safe.

We had a great time at the hotel which is close to the freeway and literally uptown and downtown Temecula. Couldn't ask for a nicer staff and our room was clean and quiet.

Checked in first room kids running up and down hallways, requested room change second room shower door broken couldn’t open, third room neighbors were noisy ! Just dealt with it ?? ( But staff at dining area was awesome Also staff at Desk we’re OK.)

This was a great hotel. Would stay here again if back in Temecula. The room was huge and had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and the location was perfect! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast room was comfortable.
