PETS
We warmly welcome your furry friends, but the dog breed and any bite history MUST be disclosed during the booking process to comply with our home insurance. A fee of $150 applies for the first pet and an additional $100 for the second, with a maximum of two pets allowed. A $500 fine applies for pets that are not disclosed at time of booking.
For your safety, please do not leave pets alone on the property.

CHECK-IN/OUT
For your convenience, early check-in/late check-out can be arranged for a fee, subject to prior approval. Please provide ample notice if you would like to arrange this. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $150 fine to ensure adequate availability for all our guests and compensate our cleaner for any rush jobs required.
