The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes premium appliances such as refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and coffee station, along with everything needed for home-style cooking. Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire villa, including all bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, infinity-edge pool, rooftop terrace, balconies, and all outdoor spaces.







The villa is fully fenced and gated for privacy and security. A discreet on-site caretaker maintains the grounds and provides evening security during your stay.



Located just a short drive from Playa Potrero, guests can easily access beaches, beachfront dining, and a wide variety of activities including snorkeling, sunset catamaran tours, zip-lining, and nature excursions.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.

Important to Know



Access within the two-story home requires stairs, as there is no elevator.

Situated in the hills above Playa Potrero, Costa Rica, in the Pacific Heights area, the villa is accessed via a gravel road, making an SUV with 4x4 highly recommended.

The primary guest must be 21 years or older to book.

This home is intended for responsible groups parties and events are not permitted.

Smoking is not allowed on the property.
