The house was perfect for my husband and I. Very quiet, comfortable, beautiful vineyard and great location. Easy check-in and owner was very responsive.
Wonderful option for the area! Impeccably clean place, rose available for purchase in the fridge, and gorgeous views. 30 minutes from the beach and just a few minutes from restaurants and wineries. Really cozy beds too!
We were looking forward to staying here at this tiny house for the weekend as we were celebrating a birthday. The photos of the house and property looked great and overall unique.
By the time we arrived, it was dark so we didn't get to see much of the property so it was kind of neat to wake up to the unknown. The morning views were great! We got to explore the vineyards by walking around. We knew there were a couple of games/sports to play but we didn't know there was pickleball! As avid players, we were quite impressed with the quality of court.
The tiny house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern. Kitchen was plenty big and equipped with cooking supplies. A/C and fireplace worked great as well. No complaints here!
Host was responsive, answering the questions I had before arrival. Overall, our stay was great and quite relaxing while on the property. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay all while being close to all the activities Paso/Templeton has to offer!
Short drive to everything Paso and the place is great. On a larger, gated property so you are off the main roads quite a bit and keeps the noise down. Very clean and comfortable.
My wife and I can't think of a time where we have been more relaxed in a vacation home and we've been renting vacation homes for many years. The house was very clean and our host Heather was very helpful. Being only 30 minutes or so from the ocean was nice. We spent the days visiting the ocean and small towns. Great stay.
What a special place! Located on a lovely ranch property, it feels private and as if you are nestled in the middle of a vineyard. It IS small, but designed to be comfortable -- we unpacked and stowed our empty suitcases in the loft. The kitchen is well outfitted and we cooked breakfasts and a couple of dinners here with no problem. The bedroom is particularly cramped -- but the bed has luxurious linens (as are the towels) that make it worth it. We relaxed on the outside deck (outfitted with a heater and party lights) with wine we bought winetasting nearby. It is a great center of operations with a short drive to Paso's wineries and restaurants (though we liked Templeton's Pig Iron the best of all the places we ate), to Tin City wineries, the Sensorio light show, and to see wildflowers on Shell Creek Road (off Highway 58).
When we arrived the door lock wasn’t working so we contacted the owner’s father in law, Mark Sr. who lives on the property, and he came out and replaced the battery. The tiny house was very cute and clean but it was very cold (February) and we had problems heating it up. It was finally getting warmer the next day. Internet was very slow and the first morning we couldn’t even get on it. It said to bring coffee or Nespresso pods but we didn’t find a Nespresso machine, Overall we really loved the little place and would like to come back in the spring/summer time so we can also enjoy sitting on the porch enjoying the scenery.
