This 50 m² houseboat is moored at the main pier of Templin’s city harbor and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. On board, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The central living space is a cozy lounge and dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, including a filter coffee maker, fridge with freezer, gas stove, kettle, oven, and microwave. For your comfort, there is Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heating, ceiling panels with heating, an additional diesel heater, smart TV with video-on-demand apps, and self check-in.



    Enjoy two covered terraces and a large open rooftop terrace—all exclusively for your private use. From the rooftop, you have wonderful views of the lake, the surrounding forest, and the town of Templin. A private grill, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower are at your disposal. You can swim directly from the houseboat, and two stand-up paddleboards are available for you on board.



    Free street parking is nearby. One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Please note that parties and events are not permitted in the city harbor.
