Also the comfort and exceptional service of the staff made this place so far our favorite on our 19 days Morocco trip. "I can't fault the place other than after ringing the bells, telephoning and banging on the big metal gate I could get no response. I nearly gave up after half an hour but I persivered and asked for help at a nearby shop. I was the only guest but they cooked me a tagine and got me breakfast too. Very nice place and room. Once I got in all was good."

"So ill start with everything good then ill go to what I didnt like. The atmosphere and the way everything looks is amazing, I loved that about the hotel, honestly very nice, the Spa, Hammam and massage was fantastic I would love to do again. The staff were very friendly and helped us with multiple things. There are multiple places to eat close by which makes it a great location. I didnt really eat at the hotel because it is very overpriced, an Omelette there is like 16€ when you can go to a cafe...
