About this property

Awesome nest across the street of the watts bar lake

  • This property has been totally remodeled from floor to ceilings, super comfy beds, leather couch and chairs, top of the line bathrooms with new bathtubs and shower walls with jets. Washer, dryer in second bathroom.Cabin decor all over, kitchen has new dishwasher. New hood over glass cooktop, coffee maker and toaster, a lot of dishes, pots and pans ready for family dinners.
    New air conditioning and heating.
    Luxurious master suite, smart TV in each bedroom and livingroom.
    Bring your boat, or your motorcycles, you will have a covered parking space. 2 boats ramps in less than to miles, the lake is just across the street. Dollar General is just across the street. Restaurants are near my too.
    In the back you can enjoy a covered porch with tables and chairs.
    7 miles from watts bar dam. 1 hour from Knoxville airport and Chattanooga airport. 2 hours from Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.
    Plenty of nice rides with your motorcycle, or enjoy boat ride at the near by Marina situated less than 2 miles away.
    Property not accessible with wheel chair, apartment is on second floor on top of my office.
