I was traveling last second for a family emergency and they were extremely accommodating - more so than the Hotels.com reps as I was just trying to push my day up one outside of the 24-hour window (Tuesday vs. Monday). Thankfully Jerry took mercy, recognized my situation and made an accommodation. Hotels.com should take a lesson from Jerry given unexpected life events."

Altogether a fine facility and does the job, but if your final destination is in Bloomington or Indy, drive the 30 minutes for better options. Access from the [new?] interstate was circuitous."

Some of the room amenities and cleanliness weren’t up to national chain standards, but only minor and certainly tolerable. The proximity of some of the other hotel options may cause us to explore alternatives in the future, but we’d still go back to Biddle too."
