The staff were so amazing the absolute best part they made the trip so amazing. I can’t remember all the amazing staff but I remember Ayu, Wulan, Yoga,Septiari,Sutiass, Lidya, and Indra.

The.reason to stay here was for the balcony view of the animals. My kids were super excited to feed the animal from the balcony. Overall room was clean, but do expect critters during your stay.
