"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"

"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a contrast from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka central. "This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef.
