"The hotel was great. The employees were so good, especially Jennifer. She was wonderful! Unfortunately, while we were there, they had a pipe bust on the floor below & it created a mess & our water was turned off. They placed us in another room which faced the back of the hotel & it was so much nicer. The front room we were in had so much noise from all the traffic near the hotel. I had a hard time sleeping there. This is our 2nd time staying there this year. We will come back again if we visit our granddaughter there."

"For the price, this hotel is a great value! We only stayed 1 night and it was perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. Checking in and out was available via my phone. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. Location is conveniently right off I-75."

"This house was great for our family! The layout worked out perfect! The kids loved the bunks and their own living room in the basement. The master was beautiful and the shower makes me want to redo my shower at home. My husband loved the outdoor kitchen area. Everyone loved the dock and swimming, sliding, and floating in the lake. This is the easiest dock to get to with very few stairs so going up and down carrying everything to the boat was a breeze compared to other places we stayed before! Colleen was great to work with and responds quickly to any questions or recommendations! The kids also loved a little neighborhood cat that came to visit as they were missing their cats at home. We lovingly called him “Buoy”! Thanks Colleen for an amazing stay!! We would love to come back again!!"

"Good place to stay on Norris Lake. Hot tub was great! Seems there was a bad sewer smell on the back porches anytime someone was using the basement shower. The walk to the dock is much nicer than other places we have stayed. Nice dock with 2 Jet Ski ramps were wonderful as we brought Waverunners with us."

"Nice clean cottage with easy access to the lake. Very few steps to the water. Outdoor space is large and is covered for those occasional rain showers. The ice machine saved us several trips to town."

"The house was great for my family! The location off of I 75 is great! Everything was great even with the lake water level being down 6 feet! Only issue with getting on the dock was the last 5 feet before the dock! They had a nice plank with boards the last 5 feet before the dock! Just didn’t trust my mother in law on the last 5 feet! Which was no problem she just drove to Twin Coves Marina 5 minutes away and we picked her up there on our way out of the cove. Which work great!"
