"Clean room, comfy bed & pillows "

"In town from Atlanta to see a comedy show in Chattanooga for the weekend. I was really disappointed in general with the hotel. I love the area, although there is high construction near by, it wasn’t an issue. Good eateries and shops around as well. Courtyard area was nice with chairs and the fireplace/fire-pit. Hotel does not have elevators!!! However upon check-in walking into the lobby, there was a portable air unit that was sitting up on a table or some object, blowing air toward the check in desk. Check-in was fast and the young lady was very nice. Room was clean and had a pleasant smell to it as well. However, in front of the sink was a wet spot around 10-12” in diameter. I checked under the sink and could find where the water was coming from. Later on we discovered that if the shower head is turned toward the bathroom door and the curtain not pulled, then it lets water run from the bathroom area into front part of the sink area. Ok no problem, just call to the front desk to have the water removed! Unfortunately the phone in the room did not work. No dial tone or anything. Next morning we saw the housekeeper and asked for more hand towels for the room around 9am. Came back to the room around 3pm and no towels and room was not done. She even asked us if we were leaving for the day and we said yes. Came back from being out the night around 1am and on my 1 of the 2 keys worked, Fortunately, we had put the 2nd key in her purse. Just not happy overall with the stay."

"Everything started ok but when I went to get some Ice could not find any so called the desk and I had to go down a floor for the Ice no Ice on my floor. The room was nice but hard to get the temp steady it would get hot and air would come on at it was way to cold so at night I would get hot then cold need to fix there setup air on window and control on other wall. Then I wanted some coffee and no coffee maker in the room called the desk and had to go down to pick up a coffee maker. So I was not real happy with place. The room was clean and nice TV. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good and they had a nice coffee maker there. For what it cost will be looking for a different place next time I go that way. Or I know to ask for a floor with Ice maker and get a coffee maker when I check in and hope to get a/c to work better."

"Nice room and decent bar. Was disappointed tat breakfast was $16. Outside patio was run down and heaters were out of propane."

"Nice place with restaurant and bar inside. Unfortunately we got in late and had already had dinner. Looked very nice. Everyone was helpful"
