"Exceeded expectations by every metric. If you're trying to avoid staying close to Stockholm but want to see the city regardless, the train station nearby couldn't be more convenient. I have been underwhelmed by the home hotel product thus far, Welcome is way better."

"Room is clean, friendly staff and very helpful, breakfast is just normal like any other hotel’s continental breakfast but air conditioning in our room is weak, even when the AC temperature set to 18.5 deg C, the room was still not cold at all at night making it difficult to sleep in summer nights when it temperature is high"

"Good breakfast selection. Could have done with some honey though! Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel once we found it was in a good location for amenities. The taxi driver did not drop us at the main door and it was lucky we found someone who was already staying at the hotel who showed us where to check in as it was we arrived late due to our plane delay. Having the shops so near by was great and enabled us to find things we wanted. Overall, great hotel and would have been a bonus if it had a swimming pool and bigger gym as the gym got so busy. It would have been helpful to have had a fridge and a safe ad the hairdryer was useless, but as my daughter was staying in one of your rooms, I used her instead. I could not get the shower to work the night we arrived as it looked as if the control knob had been snapped off. Fortunately, a member of your staff came up to the room and informed me all the showers are different in the hotel and it would be useful to perhaps have instructions available even if they were on the back of the door to the bathroom. Overall though, the hotel was fine for our visit. Thank you!"

"Hotel is situated 50 m from the strawberry arena which makes it the ideal hotel if you’re attending an event at the arena. It’s very well presented and immaculate inside. Rooms are a little on the Spartan side by way of tea coffee etc but this is available in the lobby free of charge. Also there is a fabulous lake and nature reserve directly opposite the hotel. 25 min ride from the airport by taxi. All in all great stay"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The desk staff were extremely helpful with booking taxis and providing an umbrella for the rainy day. All were kind and courteous. The breakfast buffet was a wonder of diversity, something for everyone and delicious. Our stay was the perfect end to our visit to Stockholm."
