"I tried to be nice and was going to give a decent score but after checking out early and getting a message that I owed $202 dollars I need to be honest about my stay. If you’re booking this apartment make sure you take pictures of everything when you first enter because he will make up stuff to charge you. He said there were 2 plates missing? What am I gonna do with plates take them to NYC??? And saying that there were burns all over the place from what? I stay 4 hours without water I couldn’t even flush the toilet and I have 2 kids with me and I let it slide. I got bug bites all over me I think they have bed bugs just in the master bedroom. The construction in front of the window is super loud and they start at it early in the morning because the neighborhood is still being built."

"Simply Amazing! We had an amazing experience from the time we arrived until we departed. The facility is exquisite! Clean and stunning. The staff went the extra mile to ensure all of our needs were met. They made every concession to accommodate anything we requested. The food was delish and there's a variety of options. Mustafa Mahmoud did an excellent job in housekeeping and kept out room fully stocked and clean. All of the concierge were extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed as well. The hotel is not close to shops or restaurants and is about an hour from the pyramids. (The only thing you'll need is to get an UBER). Although it is somewhat secluded, I enjoyed the location. I will be returning to The St. Regis Almasa! Definitely enjoyed our stay!"

"I usually don’t do reviews but this one was definitely worth the time! I absolutely loved this stay, clean, comfortable, super convenient, decorations where very modern and unique, I would definitely refer to anyone staying, and return! the host Osama was so helpful his communication was prompt and on point, location was perfect for shopping and dinning "
