A good value stay. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The town of Amatlan was very quiet and very special place. Planning on staying again.

Esta muy tranquilo, muy bonito, alberca agradable, prepárense porque no hay señal de teléfono, solo WIFI, falta que sitúen bien la ubicación del hotel, porque en una pagina manda una ubicación y la aplicación de expedia ora y resultó otra.

La vista y la tranquilidad del hotel son muy buenas. El hecho de que sea pet friendly es la razon por la cual me quedaría otra vez (no te molestan siempre y cuando estes al pendiente de tu mascota). Creo que por la temporada estaba un poco descuidado. La comida no me agrado del todo. Servicio y personal muy servicial.

Mi estancia

El hotel en general muy bonito, la vegetación y lobby muy bonitos, en mi habitación la primera noche me salió 2 cucarachas gigantes, 2 alacranes y 3 arañas grandes hace mucha falta la fumigación en habitaciones por seguridad del huésped (aclaró durante mi estancia siempre mantuve las puertas cerradas), al alberca se encontraba en mal estado muy sucia parecía que no le daban mantenimiento, a la habitación le hizo falta una televisión y deberían cambiar la calefacción y poner aire acondicionado en vez de ventilador. La verdad me habían recomendado ese hotel pero en lo personal. No me gusto no lo recomendaría si no lo mejoran

El temazcal y los masajes son muy buenos y a buen precio. La atención de las encargadas de estos servicios son muy buenos. El hotel es lindo aunque tiene áreas un poco descuidadas.

Una experiencia inolvidable.

Excelente, las instalaciones muy limpias, el personal muy amable y la vista preciosa. Seguramente volveremos pronto. Existen tienditas cercanas para adquirir botanas y lo necesario para disfrutar totalmente del hotel si no consumimos en el restaurante.

A place to relax!

It’s out of the way, a place to rest! No TV! Wifi works ok. We arrived hungry and the restaurant was closed with no options available! Breakfast opened at 9:30am, too late for us to use!
