The location was central and ideal for the trip. However, the hotel was outdated. There was no AC, the wifi did not work well in the rooms, only in the common space. There was a weird smell in the restroom that came from the water.

I did not know there was such a nice hotel in Tepoztlan near all the stores and the entrance to the archeological site. I got a good night's sleep and was relaxed and well-rested. I will definitely be returning here in the foreseeable future.

This hotel has HUGE potential. However, there were a couple of issues which really affect the experience in a negative way. 1) We arrived at around 7:45 pm to an empty reception area. The reception guy turned up after about 20 minutes. 2) At 745 pm, the restaurant was closed and there was no way of getting any food and drinks. 3) There was no ATM nor vending machines in the hotel- this made it difficult to pay our driver. 4) The rooms had some cupboards missing handles and there were no ceiling fans. Free standing fan was available. 5) We departed at 5:00 am. Again, no one in reception, so I opened the door and the gate myself. 6) There was a light outside our room which switched off and on all night. The drapes in our room were not heavy enough to block this out. The best feature of the hotel was the rooftop restaurant which had FANTASTIC views. The beds were very comfortable although a few more pillows would be helpful. Having said that, the room was great . The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were exceedingly helpful and did a great job. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I hope that some more time and cash is invested in this beautiful place

The hotel is absolutely magical! Beautiful, stylish, spotless, friendly! Reception area is lovely, rooms huge, bed comfy, rooftop terrace with amazing views. Pool, 2 hottubs on roof. Free water, great shower, super quiet off main drag. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you for a great stay!

If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. The curtains are super thin and the spot light turns on every time someone passes. (Lights up your room) there is no AC. Pool closes at 10 and way past 11 pm people still out there. Balcony has a sliding door with no screen.. useless unless you like mosquitoes. And the smell of cigarettes. But STAFF was friendly, not their fault.

We had neighbors uptairs so noise did feel like they were having sex in the same room so bad and the people was running and talking at 3 am oitside the rooms very noisy
