Very Nice, Hotel probably Nicest Hotel I. The area unfortunately staff does not Give You Good Feel when it Comes Customer Service, we are getting married in this area and we’re interested in looking at the hotels for a future date for our guest and the girl working at the front desk not the one with the glasses the other one had such a horrible attitude I do not understand how a hotel like this higher somebody like that with that type of personality to be at the front desk to receive guest. Hotel is nice compared to others in the area, but the staff a lot of work. Every time I ask for something You feel like you were Doing them a favor.

El servicio de reservación y check in, por Isabel Trujillo fue muy bueno y muy amable. La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones. El servicio de internet fue bastante malo, la señal era intermitente y muy baja en la habitación. En cuanto a la emisión de la factura, desde mi check in les proveí mis datos fiscales y el día del check out, con más de una hora de anticipación solicité que la tuvieran emitida a mi salida, sin embargo, tal vez por fallas de comunicación el empleado de la recepción me comentó que la tendría, pero a la hora de salida me comentó que no tenía acceso al sistema, y que tenía que esperar a su reemplazo que tardaría unos 5 minutos, se tardó 15 pero, el problema fue que a esa hora, aprox 6:30 AM, me comenzó a pedir de nuevo mis datos fiscales, "porque no los tenía en el sistema". Dado que tenía que tomar un vuelo no la pude esperar, lo cual me dejó un mal sabor ya que yo les había enviado la información con anterioridad. El día de hoy hablé con Isabel Trujillo y, muy amablemente me envió la factura a mi whatsapp.

En general regular, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, la televisión muy pequeña, y sobre todo el costo de la habitación me pareció muy caro en relación costo beneficio. Hay poca flexibilidad para extender un poco el check out, al final lo conseguimos pero tienes que negociar mucho.

Me encantó la limpieza, la atención fue muy buena pero siento que por ejemplo en la noche les hace falta personal , más en los restaurantes, el área de alberca muy bien , solo que si deberían variar la música, (SE AGRADECE QUE NO PONGAN REGUETON, BANDA Y CORRIDOS TUMBADOS) pero pura salsa y merengue viejitos no está tan padre, de ahí en fuera todo lo demás muy bien, gracias por la atención.

Todos los domingos el desayuno es buffet, por lo que, no tendrán inconveniente si es que tienes alguna dieta estricta/regular. El personal tiene una excelente atención.
