"Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung was wir dort gefunden haben. Dennoch war es nicht weit zum Meer. Pierro der Gastgeber, welcher ebenso im Hause wohnt, hatte wunderbare Sightseeing Tipps für uns. Auch die Lokale, die er uns empfahl waren immer eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer sofort erledigt. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl."

"Eric and Rita’s house is perfectly situated in the historic center. Every floor has a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape with the mountains in the distance. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Loreto Aprutino is a lovely little, somewhat sleepy, medieval town. It gives visitors a perspective into small town life in Italy. "Durch Zufall fanden wir dieses wunderschöne Haus. Für uns war es ein Glücksgriff. Ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der kleine, gepflegte Ort Cossignano mit wichtigen Dingen des Alltags ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Landschaft erinnert uns ein wenig an die Toscana, jedoch mit den 2500 m Gipfeln der sybillinischen Berge im Hintergrund und dem Meer in nur 20 Minuten Entfernung. Für uns eine tolle Mischung. Viele schöne Touren in die hübschen, umliegenden Altstädte wurden gemacht und...

The grounds and pool are well maintained and the view from the villa is stunning. Citta’ Sant’Angelo is a delightful hilltop town only a short distance away by car but some of our party did walk to the town. Piero and Letizia were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome."

"This is great spot if you want to get away from everything for a while. Contact with Mila was superb, the directions to the property made it very easy to find. The villa was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable with panoramic views of the mountains. It's very quiet and easy to relax there. The local towns are a short drive away making it easy to get out and see something, eat out or just to grab some supplies."
