About this property
Beautiful house in Albuquerque, stunning views, 2 suites, swimming pool and sauna.
- Beautifully equipped and well decorated house, all terraced with beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding green and plenty of natural light.
Two suites one with two queen beds and two bedrooms with bunk beds as in the photos.
On the main floor are the 40 m2 living room with fireplace and a 65’ Smart TV, the dining room and 3 bedrooms one suite, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with many cabinets and laundry.
Poolside leisure area with 35 m2 lounge, 50 m2 deck, barbecue, wood oven, sauna with stunning mountain views, cloakroom with super shower, bathroom.
Below the fully independent pool deck is a beautiful 20 m2 guest suite with two queen beds.
Land of 3000 m2 with vegetable garden, fruit trees and plenty of space in the garden to spread a hammock and relax listening to the birds and enjoy the view.
A lovely adjacent area with lots of trees and walking paths to enjoy the birds.
