"The perfect place to stay! I was backpacking and stopped here for a couple nights and it was great, right next to the trams/buses/trains and location was only 20 minutes walk to centre. They had lots of seating in the front/bar area that was great, along with an outside section. Rooms are comfortable and a good amount of space. It was a perfect reset, would definitely recommend!"

"I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived staff said there was an issue with one of the rooms so they had booked my friend in to snother hotel on the other side of the City. Staff said they had tried to contact us to tell is, which was untrue (phone number and email address given during online check-in). After a bit of discussion they managed to find a room for my friend at the hotel, even though it was fully booked (the room was next door to mine). Trying to sort it out seemed too hard to try for the male staff receptionist initially, until my friend refused to leave the hotel. "

"AC did not work whatsoever and rowdy crowds at night made opening a window not much of a better solution. Sleeping was very hard every night because of this. "
